Ferrous (II) is a mixed media piece, created by taking rust prints from sheets of steel that are then manipulated, burnt, collaged, and combined with inks and acrylic paints. The work is sealed with UV protective varnish and float framed in a black wooden tray frame, ready to hang.

This composition is inspired by rusty sea groins and the shifting tides controlled by the cycle of the moon.
